Disposal!
Dispose of packaging in an
environmentally-friendly manner. This
appliance is labelled in accordance with
European Directive 2012/19/EG concerning
used electrical and electronic appliances
(waste electrical and electronic equipment
– WEEE). The guideline determines the
framework for the return and recycling of
used appliances as applicable throughout
the EU. Please ask your specialist retailer
about current disposal facilities.
Troubleshooting
The following table provides solutions for problems and glitches that may arise as you
use your TASSIMO machine. If you do not find a solution for your specific problem, or the
problem persists after troubleshooting please contact our customer service department.
Problem
Appliance not working;
no symbols light up.
I can't read the LC-
display because it is in
the wrong language.
Machine brews but no
drink dispensed.

Possible!cause
There is no power supply.
You may want to change the
language setting.
The water tank was removed
during the brewing process or
there is air in the system.
The float in the water tank is
stuck.
! ! Important:!
– Bosch only manufactures the
TASSIMO brewer. It therefore does not
guarantee the availability of TASSIMO
T DISCS.
– To find out where to purchase beverage
T DISCS go to www.tassimo.com
! ! Important:!
– There is a built-in battery in the Filter
cartridge change indicator. It must be
disposed of separately according to
regulation.
– Please dispose of the water tank cover
with the Filter cartridge change indica-
tor at appropriate public collecting sites
or at specialty retailers according to
ordinances for hazardous waste.
Solution
Check that the appliance is
properly plugged into the
power supply.
Please proceed as described
in the section "Controls and
displays".
Replace the water tank in the
appropriate position in your
TASSIMO machine. Start a
cleaning process with the
Service T DISC.
Clean the water tank and
ensure the float can move.
