CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
The probe detects the concentration of detergent. The right positioning of the probe is essential for an
accurate control of the concentration of detergent. Always use the probe provided with CRATEWASH
DOSING SYSTEM. The probe should be installed so that:
It is always immerse in the solution of the washing tank;
It is dipped in an adequate flow of solution;
It is near the entry point of the chemical product.
If no pre-existing mounting hole can be found, it is recommended to use a 22.2 mm milling tool or punch in
order to create a new hole.
When installing the probe, make sure it is positioned correctly:
Below the water level in the washing tank;
Sufficiently far away from the water entry of the tank;
Sufficiently close to the suction intake of the recirculation pump;
At a distance of at least 8...10 cm from the corners, the heating elements and the lower part of the
tank;
INSTALLATION OF THE PROBE IN THE TANK
Remove the attachment rubber gasket, fixing nut and plastic washer from the probe;
Insert the attachment rubber gasket on the threaded part of the probe;
From the inside of the tank, insert the fixture probe completely in the hole made in the wall;
From the external side of the tank, insert the washer in the threaded part of the probe;
Insert the attachment nut and adjust it using a wrench if necessary;
Wire the probe to a cable (not provided), respecting the color code, and using the fast-on connectors and
the cover provided;
Connect the cables from the probe to the terminals of the circuit, respecting the color code and positions.
Inside tank
 To obtain better results, use a braided copper cable of 20 AWG or less for the probe connection. Avoid
passing the cable near high power or high frequency cables. It is recommended to arrange and use the
connection cables already coded for such purpose.
