CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
Using all the hardware provided with the equipment, assemble the equipment on a wall, possibly near the
machine. To ensure accuracy, the equipment should be installed at a maximum height of 1.5 from the level
of the fluid to be suctioned.
Prior to the installation, follow all applicable regulations regarding electrical and hydraulic connections to
ensure that the system is installed in a safe and correct manner. For electrical connections, use the wiring
diagram of the washing machine as a reference.
CAUTION: Do not assemble the equipment in the way of any source of steam, as this may cause a
short-circuit that may result in permanent damage to the equipment.
The assembly of system near machine steam outlets may cause a thermal overload in the
CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM circuit that may be harmful or may obstruct the operation of the
equipment.
2.1
SYSTEM ASSEMBLY
Insert the 4 brackets in the Cratewash Dosing System (see the pictures below);
Determine the ideal position for the installation of the system: use the brackets and the materials provided
for the installation;
Drill the holes with a drill;
Insert pins in the holes;
Fix the Cratewash Dosing System on the wall by using the screws provided in the packaging;
To open the equipment and access the internal circuits, after disconnecting the general supply, unscrew
the upper screws located on the front cover, and follow with hands until completely open.
CAUTION: Do not drill the box internally, to avoid the loss of the IP protection degree.
