12 MAINTENANCE
It is necessary to periodically replace the peristaltic tubes of the chemical 1 and chemical 2 pumps if they are
worn.
Thanks to our technology, the maintenance time has been reduced to a minimum, there is no need to
uninstall the system, and the maintenance can be performed on site.
12.1 MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
Monitor the solution in the wash compartment to verify that the equipment maintains the correct
concentration.
Clean the inductivity probe.
Clean the external box of the equipment using only a wet cloth and without using solvents.
Check the hydraulic efficiency of the suction and discharge pipes.
