CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
6.1 SCREEN DISPLAY MODE
By pressing the key, the information displayed can be changed, as shown in the following chart. Each
time you push the key, the display mode changes to the next one and the system continues to display the
data selected until the mode is changed, or until the alarm conditions are verified.

Display mode:
1) In this mode, the welcome message is displayed, and this information can be modified by the user
(Advance Menu). "SYSTEM OK" is display by default.
2) Displays the Program currently in progress and the type of program selection (Manual or Automatic). If the
system has never been calibrated in the factory, or if it has lost the calibration data, and is using the
DEFAULT values, a D is displayed on the lower right corner.
3) The current condition of each pump is displayed: ON while dispensing is in progress, OFF if the pump is
not dispensing at the moment.
4) The configured Set Point and the conductivity measurement currently detected by the system are
displayed in SkY and mS. If the reading is below the lower limit of the system, the value will blink. If the
reading is too high, the "Out of Range" message will be displayed.
5) Displays the temperature of the fluid that is currently being measured by the system, in ºC and ºF. If the
measurement blinks, the temperature probe is not connected correctly or it does not work, and the system is
using the default temperature of 25ºC.
6) Displays the operation counters of the pumps. The value display is in Liters (the theoretical flow rate is
used).
7) The date and time of the system is displayed.
