CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
The calibration procedure for the probe is activated from the advanced menu within the programming menu
and it follows the display messages step by step. In order to use it the calibration rings Kit is necessary,
and can be ordered separately. The process for the calibration of the inductive probe is as follows:
Calibration
7.1 TEMPERATURE PROBE CALIBRATION
The inductive conductivity probe of the CRATEWASH includes a PT100 temperature sensor, necessary to
compensate for the reading compared to the actual temperature of the fluid.
The management electronics of this sensor are calibrated in the factory for a correct use, however, it will be
necessary to perform a new calibration on site if:
It is replaced by a new probe;
An extension between the probe and the system is added, or the cable provided is shortened;
The electronic card inside the product is replaced.
In order to perform this calibration, it is necessary to use a pressure thermometer and to proceed in the
following manner:
Press the key
to go to the temperature display screen.
If no temperature probe is connected, the screen displays 25ºC blinking.
With the probe connected, the screen displays the temperature reading.
Press the "Enter" key, and the message "Compensation" will appear on the first line.
With the "+" and/or "-" keys, you can correct the temperature value displayed until it does not match the real
value of the solution in the tank, measured with the pressure thermometer.
Press "Enter" again to confirm the configured value.
From now on, the CRATEWASH will correct the temperature reading taken by the probe, taking into account
the correction made by the user in the calibration phase.
