CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
When the anticipated reserve minutes are reached, the pump will be blocked and the system will
display the following message:
CAUTION: Once the programmed reserve dispensing time is reached in the system, it is
necessary for the supply tank to replenish the depleted chemical product and to restore the
corresponding counter in order to reactivate it.
11.6
MOTOR CONFIGURATION ALARM
The system performs a system check during startup, and if one of the motors present is not
detected or does not work, it displays the following alarm:
11.7
MEMORY PARAMETER ERROR
The system contains an internal non-volatile memory in which the wash program and other
system configuration parameters are stored. If, as the result of electronic interferences of higher
intensity than those allowed by the standards, the content of the memory will not be harmed, and
the following message will appear:
In this case, press ENTER to restart the system and the default values. The user must reprogram
the system and the wash programs according to the specific dispensing needs. From now on, in
the display mode 2 of the screen, on the lower right, a "D" will appear to indicate that the internal
calibration parameters used that have been configured in the factory have been deleted, and the
system is using Default parameters. The system continues operating, but the accuracy of the
temperature and conductivity measurements may be compromised. The calibration of the probes
may compensate for the reading error corresponding to the calibration point, but it does not
completely restore de measuring accuracy of the equipment.
11.8
MEASURING ALARM
This alarm condition is detected when the measurement of the conductivity read in the tank is out
of range. In this case, the measurement displayed on screen in mode 4 blinks and the Primary
Pump stops working. If the conductivity is too high, the message "OUT OF SCALE" blinks on the
screen, if it is too low, the minimum required value blinks for the scale in use.
One of the possible causes of this problem could be an incorrect connection of the probe
(disconnected probe in case of low values), a short-circuit in the wiring, in case of high values.
Therefore, verify the connection.
11.9
CLOCK ALARM
This alarm condition is detected when the systems reads a completely deleted date from the
internal clock. The problem may be verified in case of a depleted button cell battery or introduced
incorrectly. Verify or replace the battery and reconfigure the current time to eliminate the alarm
condition.
