CRATEWASH DOSING SYSTEM
10.3.6
COUNTERS SUBMENU
The system includes some counters for measuring the consumption of chemical products during system
operation. When supplying the chemical products, the guys who deliver the chemical tank initializes every
counter with the supplied amount, and during the normal operation of the product, the system automatically
scales the dosed amounts of each counter.
The quantity is shows in liters and the nominal flow value of the volume of each pump will be used to
calculate consumption.
When a counter reaches zero, the system notes a COUNTER WARNING condition, which is indicated on the
screen and with the activation of the alarm buzzer and relay. However, each pump has a reserve time and
during that time it continues dispensing, even if the corresponding counter has reached zero. Once the
reserve time of a particular pump is reached, the system stops until the guys who deliver the chemical tank
replenishes the chemical products and recharges the corresponding counters. Each counter can be
disabled.
CAUTION: Once also the programmed reserve dispensing time is terminated, the system will stop dosing.
The guys that will come to deliver the new tank of chemical and also to restore the corresponding counter in
the menu, to reactivate the system and to give the final customer a new period of granted dosage.

It programs the initial value of the Primary Pump Counter IN LITERS. For each wash
cycle, this counter will decrease The amount dosed to the Primary Pump, in order to
determine the consumption of the liquid Detergent. If the counter reaches zero, the
system detects a COUNTER WARNING condition, it activates the alarm buzzer and
relay, but it continues dispensing for a time defined by the parameter "Alarm
Duration" described below. It has to be programmed as "Inactive" in order to disable
this function.
This option programs the initial value IN LITERS of the Secondary Pump counter.
For each wash cycle, this counter will decrease the amount dosed by the Secondary
pump in order to determine the Secondary Pump consumption. If the counter
reaches zero, the system detects a COUNTER WARNING condition, it activates the
alarm buzzer and relay, but it continues dispensing for a time defined by the
parameter "Alarm Duration" described below. It has to be programmed as "Inactive"
in order to disable this function.
This parameter defines a reserve time, valid for all counters, for which each pump
will continue to pump even when the corresponding counter has reached zero. The
initial value of the parameter is the same for all pumps, but they have an
independent reserve. Once the reserve time is up, the pump that has finished the
chemical product will stop dispensing until the corresponding counter is restored by
the person replenishing the chemical tank. Obviously, this parameter has no effect
on the counters that have programmed as "Inactive".
