SECTION 4 : MAINTENANCE OF THE TRACK KIT
WARNING
Always clean the Track Kit after use to prevent
debris accumulation inside the frame. Failure to do
so will result in premature wear of components.
WARNING
Never use solvants to clean rubber tracks as these
substances may cause rapid degradation of the
rubber. Use only water with mild detergent.
4.1. Track Replacement
The following steps refer to one track. However, all four
tracks follow the same procedure for installation and
removal.
1. Raise the ATV off the ground.
WARNING
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is properly
secured/supported to prevent it from accidentally
falling during the installation of the tracks. If not
properly secured/supported, serious physical injury
could occur.
2. Unscrew the
nut retaining the track adjuster
3/8" nc
to the plastic structure.
3. Unscrew the jam nut of the adjustment bolt on the
track adjuster.
4. Unscrew the adjustment bolt completely.
5. Remove the two large wheels placed opposite the
track adjuster following the procedure in section
4.4.2. - Large wheel replacement.

6. Remove the track.
ATTENTION : When you install the track, pay
particular attention to its direction. An arrow on the
track points towards the front of the vehicle when
looking from the top.

7. Reverse procedure to install track.
8. Adjustment are performed as follows :
8.1. While the ATV is raised, tighten the adjustment
nut.
8.2. The tension in the track must be 5/8" to 7/8"
inches at 15 lbs in the place indicated on
Figure 11 for the front track and on Figure 12
for the rear track.
