levers to start the Zero function.
In the My E-Training mobile version the Zero command can
be found in: Parameters - Advanced configuration - Home
Trainer calibration.
In the My E-Training desktop version the Zero command
can be found in: Settings - Home Trainer calibration.
FUORIPISTA can conduct the Zero procedure by using the
gear shift levers and not the My E-Training app. Please
check paragraph 26_SERVICE FUNCTIONS FOR THE ZERO
PROCEDURE VIA GEAR SHIFT LEVERS.
The procedure requires to take your feet off the pedals
at zero speed (so stationary flywheel) and conduct the
procedure from mobile device or desktop. After a few
seconds the procedure will notify its successful completion.
The new offset value will be memorised and displayed by
FUORIPISTA.
Please note: the aforementioned Zero procedure can also
be conducted with other software / apps / devices also in
Stand-alone mode (Please check paragraph 26_SERVICE
FUNCTIONS).

21_SADDLE REPLACEMENT

F UORIPISTA saddle can be replaced with other saddles.
Its fastening is compatible with all commercially available
saddles with standard 7mm diameter frame. To remove
the saddle just untighten the seatpost nut completely (Pic.
14). Remove the saddle, replace it with the chosen one
and tighten it back.

22_REPLACING THE SUPPLIED PEDALS

FUORIPISTA supplied pedals can be replaced with other
pedals. Untighten each pedal from its internal side with
a 6mm hex key (Pic. 29) and replace it with the chosen
pedals

23_TAPE REPLACEMENT

FUORIPISTA handlebar tape can be replaced. FUORIPISTA
is not compatible with the commercially available tapes.
FUORIPISTA requires a 2.4 mt long tape (available on
https://www.shopelite-it.com/). To replace the tape,
untighten the upper and lower fastening (Pic. 30), detach
the tape and wrap the new one starting from below, and
continue making sure to leave 3 texture holes uncovered
at each passage. The initial and final areas must protrude
about 3 mm to ensure that they can be fastened. Lastly,
tighten the upper and lower areas.

24_BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT

During regular use of the FUORIPISTA the felt pad will wear
over time. To replace it start the brake replacemente service
function (check out paragraph 26_SERVICE FUNCTIONS),

turn of FUORIPISTA power supply with the dedicated switch
close to the battery (Pic. 10) and untighten the two screws
under the pedals area (Pic.31).
Get the left pedal in a front horizontal position. Raise the
strainer (Pic. 32).
Remove the engine cover plate (Pic. 33).
Untighten the two screws as shown (Pic. 34).
Remove the felt (Ref. W) and make sure to also remove any
sticker that might still be over the metallic section (Pic. 35).
Insert the new felt (Ref. W). Tighten the pad scres (Pic. 36).
Put the plate back on (Pics. 37-38).
Tighten the plate with the lower screws (Pic. 39).
Restart the FUORIPISTA (Pic. 10).
After replacing the brake pad, conduct the calibration
procedure
(please
check
FUNCTIONS).

25_POWER SOURCE

FUORIPISTA features two electronic circuit boards powered
via a lithium battery, rechargeable through its power supply
(Ref. G) (supplied). Connect the power supply to the grid
and the jack on the lower area of FUORIPISTA (Pic. 40) to
recharge the battery.
The recharge icon will be displayed and the power supply
LED light will light up.
A fully discharged battery usually takes about 5 hours to
recharge completely, during which time the LED light on
the power supply will be red and become green once it's
fully recharged.
You can workout up to 8/10 hours with a fully recharged
battery. Battery charge is indicated by the battery icon on
Fuoripista screen.
WARNING: do not use battery and/or power supply different
from the ones supplied.
FUORIPISTA is equipped with a lithium battery and as
with all lithium batteries we suggest not to discharge it
completely but to always maintain it with at least 30%
charge for it to have a longer life.
IMPORTANT: the battery might suffer damages and
decrease its life and capacity if it's left discharged for more
than 180 days.

26_SERVICE FUNCTIONS

The two levers (Ref. L and R) can also manage service
functions.
Zero offset power meter: the power meter Zero offset
procedure can also be conducted in stand-alone mode
without the use of software or apps.
