3. Geräteaufstellung
Der Entfeuchter sollte, soweit dies möglich ist, mitten
im Raum aufgestellt werden, damit eine gute
Luftzirkulation erreicht wird. Die Aufstellung muss so
erfolgen, dass die Luft auf der Rückseite des Gerätes
ungehindert angesaugt und auf der Vorderseite
ausgeblassen werden kann. Der Mindestabstand zu
einer Wand sollte 60 mm betragen. Es ist wichtig,
dass der Entfeuchter nicht in der Nähe einer
Wärmequelle wie z.B. eines Heizkörpers steht und
dass Fenster und Türen des zu entfeuchtenden
Raumes geschlossen sind.
3.1. Elektrischer Anschluss
Das Gerät wird steckerfertig geliefert und kann an
jede Steckdose für 230V/50Hz angeschlossen
werden. Die Steckdose sollte mit einer 10 A Sicherung
oder einem 16 A Sicherungsautomaten abgesichert
werden.
ACHTUNG: Die örtlichen Vorschriften für elektrische
Installationen sind zu beachten!
3.2. Hygrostatanschluss
Der Entfeuchter kann im Dauerbetrieb betrieben oder
durch einen Hygrostaten (Zubehör) gesteuert werden.
Der Hygrostat wird an die Hygrostatsteckdose, die
sich seitlich am Gerät befindet, angeschlossen. Der
Hygrostat sollte so weit wie möglich vom Gerät entfernt
installiert werden, damit der Entfeuchter den
Hygrostaten nicht beeinflusst. Die Spannung am
Hygrostatausgang beträgt 12V.
3.3. Kondensatabfluss
Das Kondensat kann sowohl im Wassersam-
melbehälter aufgefangen, als auch durch einen
Schlauch direkt abgeleitet werden. Wird der
Sammelbehälter verwendet, schaltet das Gerät
automatisch ab, wenn der Behälter gefüllt ist. Vor dem
Entleeren des Wasserbehälters ist das Gerät stromlos
zu schalten.

3. Installation of the unit
If possible the dehumidifier should be placed in the
middle of a room to ensure a good air circulation. The
air should be sucked in freely at the back of the unit
and blown out at the front. The minimum distance
from a wall should be about 60 mm.
It is important that the dehumidifier is not installed
near a source of heat (e.g. radiator), and doors and
windows must be kept closed.
3.1. Electrical connection
The unit can be connected to any 230 V/50 Hz socket.
The socket should be fuse protected with a 10 A fuse
or a 16 A circuit breaker.

3.2. Hygrostat connection
The air dehumidifier can operate continuously or be
controlled by a hygrostat. The hygrostat is connected
to the hygrostat socket which is located at the side of
the unit. The hygrostat should be installed as far away
from the unit as possible to ensure the dehumidifier
does not directly influence the hygrostat with its dry
air.
The hygrostat is connected to 12 V AC.
3.3. Condensate drain
The condensate may discharge into the water
container or be drained off through a hose. If the water
container is used, the dehumidifier switches off
automatically when the water container is filled. Switch
off electricity before emptying the water container.
