1. Place the body (3) in the outlet of the meat grinder and screw it to the machine
with the screw (4).
2. Insert the auger into the lower part of the body and make sure it is positioned
correctly.
3. Place a knife on the auger. Then insert the sieve of your choice (5) by matching
the tab on the inside of the body with the notch in the sieve. Screw on the body
nut (6).
4. Place the loading tray on top of the body (3), fitting it so that the holes in the
tray and body overlap. Secure the connection by tightening the screw.
3.3. Working with the unit
1. Plug the machine plug into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Adjust the pieces of meat to be ground to the inlet opening. Slightly frozen
food can be ground in the machine, but in this case it is recommended to grind
them more strongly so that their size does not exceed 4cm
