» If you want to adjust the HR LOWeR and UPPeR LIMIT, press + or – to
adjust; otherwise press set.
» Press stArt to start the timer.
» To pause, press stop. Press stArt to resume.
» To reset timer to zero, hold CleAr until beep (2 seconds).
