Empty conduit seal with PU foam
7. Laying the air hoses
Since leaks can easily occur when foaming the empty conduit with PU foam, it
is recommended to use the GRAF PE foam empty conduit cap.
Push the empty conduit cap into the empty conduit
until it is tightly sealed.
The hose surfaces and conduit walls must be
cleaned with water and slightly wetted with water.
When filling the hoses with PU foam, make sure
that each of them is covered on all sides. To en-
hance the foaming and casing, the hoses should
be moved slightly backwards and forwards.
