FRONT AND REAR SUB-TABLE KIT
KIT PN 2876904
WARNING
Prior to installation of the Track Kit, turn off the
engine, put in two-wheel driving mode, and block
the rear wheels.
Front Sub-Table Installation
(see Figure 1 - Table 1 (page 3) for the front sub-table
exploded view and the parts list)
1. Raise the front of the ATV off the ground and
remove the front wheels.
WARNING
When the ATV is raised, make sure that it is properly
secured/supported to prevent it from accidentally
falling during the installation of the tracks. If not
properly secured/supported, serious physical injury
could occur.
2. Remove the front CV shields. DO NOT DISCARD!
They will be reinstalled later.

3. Insert the
1/2" nc X 3" (grade 5)
the hole intended in the sub-table (#10).

4. Install the sub-tables following these steps :
4.1. Install the sub-table (#10) under the lower
front a-arm so that the two parts fit snugly.
4.2. Install the clamping plate (#11) above the
lower front a-arm and fasten it to the sub-table
(#10) using the
(2) 3/8" nc X 2" (grade 5)
bolts (#14), the
(2) 3/8" dia
and the
nylock nuts (#19). Finger
(2) 3/8" nc
tighten only at this time.
NOTE : The angled part of the clamping plate (#11)
should face the rear of the ATV.
