Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you are able to rectify the
problem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps that are listed, contact
the customer service department.
Do not attempt to repair a defective electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
1. Is the device possibly not receiving any power supply?
• Check whether
– the mains plug is inserted in the plug socket.
– the plug socket is defective.
– the fuse of the mains connection has been activated.
2. The On / Off switch (10) has not been moved to position I or II.
• Move the On / Off switch to the position you want.
