Disposal

Dispose of the packaging material in an environmentally friendly manner so that
it can be recycled.
This device is governed by the European Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electri-
cal and electronic equipment (WEEE). Do not dispose of this device as normal
domestic waste, but rather in an environmentally friendly manner via an offi cially
approved waste disposal company.

Troubleshooting

If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device
does not work.
No heat is produced.

Possible cause
The device is not supplied
with power.
The Ein / Aus (on / off ) button
(17) has not been pressed
(correctly).
All massage zones are deac-
tivated.
The device is not switched
on.
The heat function is not
switched on.
Solution
Check whether
• all plug-in connections are
correctly connected to each
other.
• the mains adapter is inserted
in the plug socket.
• the plug socket is defective.
• the fuse of the mains con-
nection has been activated.
Press the Ein / Aus (on / off )
button again.
Press the button for a massage
zone to activate it. The associat-
ed LEDs (21) will light up.
Press the Ein / Aus (on / off )
button (17). The operating
lamp (18) will light up.
Press the Wärme (heat) button
(14). The Heat operating lamp
(13) will light up.
