Using the device:
1.
After receiving the device, unpack all the required components and assemble the device as shown in
the figure. Fit the handles onto the door of the smoking chamber and on the sides of the device using
the bolts located in the enclosure (remove the bolts from the enclosure, put the handle in the right
place and bolt it to the device). Install the control panel similarly to the handles, using three bolts. When
fitting the control panel, remember to put the two probes attached to it inside the device, through
the special opening located at the panel fitting place, and attach them to the rear wall of the heating
chamber (insert the probes one by one) in the special holders. When fitting the chimney, remember
about putting the round seal included with the device between the chimney and the enclosure. The
chimney is installed similarly to the holders. In order to fit the included thermometer, insert the tip
with the sensor into the opening in the door of the device and push the thermometer down. Insert the
sawdust/wood chip drawer into the opening on the side of the device. The fat drip pan and the sawdust/
woodchip tray are to be installed as shown in the figure. Place the fat bowl at the bottom of the device,
so that the round opening in the fat drip pan was located directly above the bowl.
2.
When the device is assembled, connect the control panel cable to the device. To do so, connect the plug
of the shorter electric cable to the socket located under the panel. Then, put both knobs on the control
panel and the switch in the "0" position.
3.
Before using the device, the entire device is to be thoroughly cleaned, particularly the components
which come in contact with food. Next, place the food to be smoked in the device (on the shelves
or the hooks) and tightly close the device. In order to press the door against the enclosure, grab and
secure the door with clips.
4.
When the food is sealed inside the device, put the plug into an electric socket and move the switch to
the "I" position. The green control lamp will go on.
5.
In order to start the smoking process, use the upper knob, marked with a thermometer, to set the
desired temperature of the device, and set the heating time using the lower knob, marked with a clock.
After reaching the pre-set temperature, the device maintains the same automatically. The heating
process is indicated by the orange control lamp.
6.
The device has a special drawer which you can use to insert and refill sawdust/wood chips during
heating. To do so, pull the drawer out, put the required amount of sawdust/wood chips in it, put the
drawer back into the device and use the knob located on the drawer to dump the sawdust/woodchips
directly onto the tray. The woodchips will give the food more fragrance.

In order to control the quantity of smoke (and the temperature) inside the device, choose a suitable

located on the door of the device.
8.
When the smoking process is over, move the switch tothe "0" position, unplug the device from the
mains and open the door, carefully releasing the clips. Remember that opening the door may cause large
amounts of hot air may to be released from the device.
9.
When the power supply is disconnected and after the device has cooled down, clean it thoroughly. Do
not let water come into contact with the electrical components of the device.
VIII. TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
During transport, the machine should be protected from shaking, crashing and turning upside down. Store it
in a properly ventilated place with dry air and without any corrosive gas.
IX. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the device before cleaning the equipment. Disconnect the device from the electricity
when it is not in use. Let the device cool down before cleaning it.
Use only cleaner without corrosive substances to clean the surface.
After each cleaning, all the elements must be carefully dried and secured by greasing the heating plates.
Store the unit in a dry, cool place, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
Never clean the device with a pressurized water-jet, industrial cleaners, and brushes or any other type
of cleaning utensil that could damage the surface of the appliance.
X. REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Check regularly the device to see if it presents any damages. If there is any damage, please stop using the
device. Please contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give a
detailed and precise description of the matter. Avoid ambiguous formulations like "the device does not
heat", which may mean either that it does not heat enough or that it does not heat at all. The more
detailed your information, the better the customer service will be able to solve your problem rapidly
and efficiently!
CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to a
loss of warranty!
