Remove the parts and accessories from the packaging and inspect for damage.
Make sure that all items in the parts list are included.
ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
1.
Mount the stand (#1) onto the workbench by driving a bolt (sold
separately) into each mounting hole.
2.
Thread each handle ball (#7) into a handle lever (#6).
3.
Thread each handle assembly into a pin (#5).
OPERATION
WARNING! Never exceed the maximum bending capacity.
1.
Lower the handles until the moving plate (#4) becomes parallel to
the workbench.
2.
Position the workpiece on the supporting plate (#2) and the moving
plate so that the edge to be bent lines up with the back edge of the
supporting plate.
3.
Place the pressing plate (#3) on top of the supporting plate so that the
back edge of the pressing plate lines up flush with the back edge of
the supporting plate. Use two C-clamps (sold separately) to secure the
workpiece in place.
4.
Lift the handles to bend the workpiece in the desired angle.
WARNING! Keep hands clear off the supporting plate and moving plate when
bending the workpiece to avoid injury.
CARE & MAINTENANCE
1.
Maintain the tool with care. A tool in good condition is efficient, easier
to control and will have fewer problems.
2.
Inspect the tool components periodically. Repair or replace damaged or
worn components. Only use identical replacement parts when servicing.
3.
Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories.
4.
Only use accessories intended for use with this tool.
5.
Keep the tool clean, dry and free from oil/grease at all times.
6.
Maintain the tool's labels and name plates. These carry important
information. If unreadable or missing, contact Princess Auto Ltd.
for replacements.
