TROUBLESHOOTING
If your heater shuts off or falls to operate unexpectedly one of the safety features may have been activated to prevent
overheating. Please follow next steps to reset the heater.
1. Turn the Power control setting to 'O' position.
2. Unplug the power cord and allow 5-10 minutes for heater to cool completely
3. Ensure the power cord is plugged into a working electrical outlet, and that the unit is not obstructed.
4. Check your Thermostat setting. The unit may simply be off because the room temperature is equal to the thermostat
setting and the heater will turn OFF. If the temperature of the room drops below the thermostat temperature, the heater
will turn back ON.
