Hold spindle by wrench flats with open end wrench. Place
the burr in the chuck so that it protrudes by 2-3 mm. Re-
lease/tighten down collet chuck with open end wrench.
Perform a trial run a minimum over a period of 30 seconds
without load.
Align the set screw on the milling fixture with the recess on
the pneumatic machine. Fit the milling fixture.
Screw in the set screws (3x).

Hold the machine still and set the desired chamfer size
using the regulator wheel.
The regulator wheel engages every 90°. It travels 0.25 mm
for every 90° turn made. This equates to 1 mm per every
360° turn.
