Operazione
• Scollegate la pompa dal motore elettrico e verificate che la rotante
giri libera. Se risultasse frenata o bloccata provvedete ad eliminare il
calcare all'interno della rotante tramite una soluzione disincrostante per
uso alimentare
• Spegnete l'apparecchio e attendete circa 1 ora che si scongeli
• Svuotate l'acqua tramite il tubo livello e scarico vasca P (vedi paragrafo
5.3.2)
• Ripristinate il livello di acqua nel serbatoio del banco di ghiaccio come
descritto nel capitolo "INSTALLAZIONE".
• ontrollate lo stato e l'integrità del cavo elettrico di alimentazione
• Controllate lo stato e l'integrità del tubo di alimentazione dell'acqua.
• Controllate l'assenza di perdite
How
• Disconnect the pump from the electric motor and check the rotor turns
freely. If it is stiff or blocked remove the scale inside the rotor using a
de-scaling solution for food use
• Switch the apparatus off and wait about 1 hour for it to defrost
• Empty the water using the level and basin unloading tube P (see section 5.3.2)
• Restore the water level in the ice bank tank as described in the INSTALLATION
chapter.
• Check the condition and intactness of the power lead
• Check the condition and intactness of the water supply pipe.
• Check for any leaks
