4. OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT

4.1 PAS system
The PAS system (Power Assist System, a.k.a. 1:1 PAS system/automatic power assistance) is equipped with a sensor that automatically
detects your riding speed when pedaling and not using the throttle. The PAS will get the motor to provide enough power for you to
ride at the required speed. This means you can ride more comfortably and for longer.

4.2 Operating the Display

There are 5 power-aid levels; the max speed is 32 km/h. The LCD meter controls the PAS system via operating buttons.
There are three keys on the operating panel, which are the following buttons:
(alt text UP), the button (alt text SW) and (alt text DOWN).
Hold the (SW) button down to turn on the meter (normal operation mode)
and provide the controller with power.
In normal operation mode, hold the button (SW) down to turn off
the meter and shut down the power supply of the controllers.
When the e-bike is stopped and you have not pressed a button
on the meter for five minutes, the meter will automatically shut down,
and the power supply of the electric vehicle will be powered off.
In power off mode, the power consumption of the meter and controller is zero.

4.3 Charging the battery
Since the bike will spend some time in the factory, in transport and in storage, it's likely that the battery will need charging when you
receive it. Make sure you charge it before using it for the first time. Please use the charger provided with the bike to avoid damaging
the battery and starting a fire. If you use a different charger, your bike won't be covered by the warranty.
