OPERATION
1. Switch on the Device
Insert the adapter first into the device and then into the socket. The unit beeps
and the start screen appears.
2. Program Selection and Preset Programs (P1-P10)
Press UP/DOWN and select the desired program.
Press ENTER to confirm the selected program and set the time.
The time will flash on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the desired
value. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
The distance flashes on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the desired
value. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
The calorie indicator will flash on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the
desired value. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
Press START/STOP to start the program.
3. Watt Program (P16)
Press HIGH/DOWN and select the Watt program.
Then press ENTER to confirm the selection and switch to the time setting.
The time flashes on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the desired value.
Press ENTER to confirm the value.
The distance flashes on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the desired
value. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
The calorie indicator will flash on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the
desired value. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
The Watt indicator will flash on the display. Press UP/DOWN to set the
desired value. Press ENTER to confirm the value.
Press START/STOP to start the program.
Note: In watt mode, the unit will follow laps per minute. If you row fast, the
training resistance will increase, if you row slow, it will decrease to ensure
that the watt value is always the same.
