Note: The custom programs record laps per minute (RPM), time (TIME),
watts (WATT), calories (CAL) and distance (DIST) simultaneously.
Key Functions
ENTER
In the stop state, press the ENTER key to enter the program
selection and set the corresponding value (flashing). When you are
in the program selection. Press ENTER to confirm the selection or
the entered value. After starting, press ENTER to display the laps
per minute or all values alternately.
START/STOP
Press Start/STOP to start or stop a program. In any mode, press
and hold for 2 seconds to reset all values.
HOCH
In stop mode, press the button to select a value. When the value
flashes, use the button to increase the value. After starting, press
the button to increase the training resistance.
RUNTER
In stop mode, press the button to select a value. When the value
flashes, use the button to decrease the value. After starting, press
the button to increase the training resistance.
RECOVERY
Press the button to display your current heart rate.
