4.4 Condensate pump draining connection
A recyclable thermoplastic condensate tank naturally inclined without water retention
equipped with a Ø22mm outer nozzle, and a cap supplied with the unit. The
condensed water is discharged through the discharge port ( ejection height 70 mm)
accepting a tube diameter of 22 mm inside. The drain pipe can be separate for each
unit or connected to a main drain pipe sized to allow the condensates from all the
units to flow through at the same time. Use a clear flexible and/or rigid drain pipe for
a minimum slope of 1 cm/m, with a constant gradient along its whole length and no
low points.
Provide a siphon of at least 5 cm to prevent gas discharge or unpleasant odors.
The condensate drain side can be changed by the installer inverting the cap
( Fig.10).
4.5 Connecting the condensate drain pump (option)
The condensate drain pump can be supplied mounted on the unit as an option.
Its technical specifications are as follows:
length of 5 metres.
length of 10 metres.
The operation points are provided in the table below.
Connect a transparent pipe of evacuation not supplied with diameter internal 6 mm
between the expulsion of the pump and the conduit of waste water.

Important: Make sure that the flow of water to be discharged in the thermal selection
is suitable for your application.
Note: This accessory must always be used with a valve control device, to ensure
valve control of the high safety device when the valve is closed (closure of the
condensate drains).
4.6 Electrical connections
Disconnect the electrical supply to the unit before carrying out any work and
wait at least 20 mins before working on or near the heating elements. Beware
of the risk of burns.
