The mixer starts running

Water is dripping from

The sensor flashes yellow
but still works
The sensor flashes red and
doesn't work
The temperature is not
correct
The water pressure is
too low
The mixer does not respond
when temperature is adjusted
The mixer is activated
by reflective clothing
Flushtime is too short or
too long.
Start button is stiff
The shower jet sprays in
the wrong direction
Possible cause
Insufficient supply voltage
Blocked inlet filters
Blocked solenoid valve filter
Defective solenoid valve
Hygiene flush in progress.
The yellow LED is flashing
Wrong solenoid valve
Flush time set too high
The mixer is in hygiene flush mode.
The yellow LED is flashing
Leaking solenoid valve
Low battery
Flat battery
Incorrect water pressure and
temperature
The temperature limiter function is
set incorrectly
Water pressure is too low
Shower head is blocked
Blocked inlet filters
Blocked solenoid valve filter
The mixer is incorrectly connected or the
hot water supply is incorrectly installed
Nothing is wrong. IR light is strongly
reflected by reflective material, which
can activate the mixer
Nothing is wrong. The flushtime is
adjustable
Normally nothing is wrong
Faulty start button
Incorrectly angled shower head
Action
Replace the battery/Check the voltage
Clean the inlet filters
Clean the solenoid valve
Replace the solenoid valve
Wait up to 30 minutes or briefly disconnect the
power supply. (Yellow LED flashes during hygiene
flushing)
Replace the solenoid valve
Reconfigure the flush time to the desired length
Replace the solenoid valve
Replace the battery
Replace the battery
Set the temperature value to the coldest/hottest
setting and check that the water pressure and
temperature are high enough
Set the temperature limiter to its
hottest setting and check the temp-
erature. Adjust the temperature limiter
Increase the pressure
Clean the shower head
Clean or replace the inlet filters
Clean or replace the solenoid valve
The hot water should be connected to the left side
of the mixer
Models with an underlying spout are less sensitive
to reflex clothing
Change settings via WMS
Hold your hand in front of the button slightly closer
and for a longer time.
Replace the start button
