General Safety Instructions
CAUTION
Risk of injury! Do not listen to music at an excessively high
volume as this can lead to hearing damage.

Children 8 years of age and older, mentally and physically handicapped
persons may only use the device if they have been thoroughly
familiarized with its functions and safety precautions by a supervisor
responsible for them. Make sure that children do not play with the
device. Children over the age of 8 are only allowed to clean the unit
under supervision.
•
Only place CDs in the CD compartment.
•
Never open the cover of the unit and never attempt to repair the unit
yourself.
•
Contact qualified personnel for repairs. The unit does not contain any
user-serviceable components.
•
Improper handling may damage the unit and void the warranty.
Power supply
•
Only use the power supply included in the scope of delivery. Use of any
other power supply may void the warranty and/or cause irreparable
damage to the product.
•
Unplug this product during thunderstorms.
•
Make sure that the appliance has been turned off before unplugging it
from the wall outlet.
•
If you use a multiple power outlet or the plug as a disconnect device,
make sure they are always easily accessible and ready for use.
•
Never throw batteries into an open fire or attempt to open their outer
shell.
•
If swallowed, batteries are hazardous to health and should be stored
out of the reach of small children.
