IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BATTERY
PACK
Only use the original supplied charger.
The power outlet voltage must match the
operating voltage of the charger.
The use of a charger with electrical
specifications that are different to those of the
recommended charger may damage the battery.
Avoid any fast charging or overcharging that
could decrease the lifespan of the battery.
1.
Before using the battery, read all of the
instructions and precautions relating to the battery
charger, to the battery, and to the tool requiring the
battery.
2.
Do not dismantle the battery.
3.
Stop using immediately if the operating time
becomes excessively short.
There is a risk of overheating, burns, or even
explosion.
4.
If the electrolyte enters into contact with your
eyes, rinse them with clean water and consult a
doctor immediately. There is a risk of sight loss.
5.
Do not short circuit the battery:
(1) Do not touch the contacts with any conductive
material.
(2) Avoid storing the battery in a container with other
metallic objects, for example nails, coins, etc.
(3) Do not expose the battery to water or rain.
A short circuit of the battery could provoke a strong
current, overheating, sometimes burns or even a
malfunction.
6.
Do not store the tool or the battery in places
where the temperature risks reaching or exceeding
50 ° C.
7.
Do not throw the battery into fire even if it is
seriously damaged or completely depleted. The
battery may explode on contact with the fire.
8.
Take care to avoid dropping or striking the
battery.
9.
Do not use a damaged battery.
KEEP THESE INSTRUCTIONS.
Advice for ensuring optimal lifespan of the battery
1. Recharge the battery before it is completely
depleted.
Always stop using the tool and recharge the battery
when you notice the tool's power decreasing.
2.
Never recharge a fully charged battery.
Overcharging reduces the lifespan of the battery.
3.
Charge the battery when the room temperature
is between 10 °C and 40 °C.
Before charging a hot battery, let it cool down.
4.
Charge the battery every six months if it
remains unused for an extended period.

DESCRIPTION OF OPERATION

Installation or removal of the battery
CAUTION:
• Always switch off the tool before installing or
removing the battery.
• Before use, ensure that the battery cover is
locked. Otherwise mud, dirt or water risk damaging
the product and the battery.
Hold the power tool by its insulated surfaces,
when carrying out work during which the fixing
mechanism may enter into contact with hidden
cables. Fixing mechanisms entering into contact
with a live electric cable can conduct electricity
through exposed metallic parts of the power tool
and, consequently, result in an electric shock for the
user.
Protect the battery charger from rain and
humidity. The penetration of water into a battery
charger increases the risk of electric shock.
Only recharge with the charger indicated by the
manufacturer. A charger is adapted to a type of
battery, its use with another battery can result in a
fire risk.
Do not charge other batteries. The battery
charger is intended only for charging our batteries
within the range of voltages indicated. If it is used
otherwise, there is a risk of fire and explosion.
Keep the battery charger clean. Contamination
can result in an electric shock.
Inspect the battery charger, the cable and the
plug before each use. Do not use the battery
charger if defects are observed. Do not open the
battery charger by yourself and only have it repaired
by a qualified person using replacement parts from
the original manufacturer. Damaged battery
chargers, cables and plugs increase the risk of
electric shock.
Do not use the battery charger on easily
inflammable surfaces (for example, paper, textiles,
etc.) or in inflammable environments. There is a risk
of fire due to the heat produced by the battery
charger during the charging process.
If the battery charger is used incorrectly, liquid
can be ejected from the battery, avoid all contact
with this liquid. In case of accidental contact, rinse
with water. If the liquid enters into contact with the
eyes, consult a doctor. The liquid ejected by the
battery can result in irritation and burns.
Do not open the battery by yourself. There is a
risk of short circuit.
Protect the battery from heat, for example, from
direct sunlight or a fire. There is a risk of explosion.
Do not short circuit the battery. There is a risk of
explosion.
