4) Press [SEL] : the number of the month fl ashes. Give the start of the
winter period. Press [+] to select the month. Then continue as described
in points 2 and 3 to set the start of the summer period.

Having set the date for the start of the winter period, press [SEL], the
time difference in relation to UTC time fl ashes. The time difference is
adjusted by pressing [+].
The value to choose is between -12 h 30 and +12 h 30 by increments of
0 h 30.
N.B. : for independent clocks (without external synchronisation), this adjustment is
inactive. The time is adjusted only via the time setting menu.
The summer/winter or winter/summer time changeover is carried out at 2am local time on the
selected day.

Example of Order calculation : the second Monday of the month and
the second Thursday of the month will each have an Order of "2". While
the last Tuesday in June has an Order of "5" since there are no more than
5 weeks in a month.

The last day is either 28, 30 or 31 depending on the month (28 is
imposed for the month of February whatever the year).
