Frost Alert - ADE WS 1704 Mode D'emploi

Activate temperature alarm
− Press the button 1x to activate the temperature
alarm.
Once the temperature limit is reached, the warning
signal sounds and "ALERTS" and the temperature
indication start blinking. Press any button to switch
off the warning tones.
‚ If the temperature exceeds the preset temperature
upper limit, "Hi" is blinking additionally in the display.
‚ If the temperature is lower than the preset
temperature lower limit, "LO" is blinking additionally
in the display.
Blinking remains active until...
‚ ... the preconditions for the temperature alarm exist or
‚ ... you press the button once: "ALERTS" goes out and
blinking of the temperature stops.

Frost alert

When the temperature alarm is active (see previous step),
the frost alarm is automatically active too.
If an ice symbol is shown in the display, the measured
outdoor temperature is in the range from -1°C to 3 °C
(30 °F to 37 °F).
Even if the frost alarm is not displayed, the risk of frost
or glaze ice always exists at temperatures around the
freezing point.
