MONTAGE DES RAILS SUR LE MAT Le montage des rails sur le mât s’effectue en 5 phases : 1- Préparation des platines 2- Montage du rail du haut (Rail haut F30 double perçage) 3- Montage des rails standards (F10-20-30 / 2m ou F40 / 1.70m) 4- Montage du rail chargeur (F10-20-30 / 0.35m ou F40 / 0.33m) 5- Serrage définitif des écrous après avoir monté... - Page 6 Mise en place du rail du haut butée Une fois, le haut rail plaqué haut contre le mât, visser les écrous en commençant par le bas. Monter au mât (appliquer les précautions qui s’imposent pour ce type de manœuvre) pour à l’exception de ceux visser et bloquer les écrous du rail de chargement qui servira à monter les chariots. - Page 12 CALCULATION OF THE TOP TRACK LENGTH Cut the standard track (the one that has no pin fitted in) in order to adjust the whole length of the tracks to the available length on the mast (Rep A). The cut track will be at the top (Rep B).
- Page 13 FITTING THE TRACKS ON THE MAST The installation of the tracks onto the mast can be split in 5 steps: 6- Preparation of the slugs 7- Fitting the top track (F30 top track with double drilling) 8- Fitting the standard tracks (F10-20-30 / 2m ou F40 / 1.70m) 9- Fitting the loading track (F10-20-30 / 0.35m ou F40 / 0.33m) 10- Tightening definitively the bolts after installing the tracks Preparation of the slugs according to model...
- Page 14 Fitting the top track onto the mast end stop Once the track is fitted against the mast, slightly tighten the bolts starting from the bottom. DO NOT TIGHTEN FIRMLY. First slightly tigthen the bolt of the top screw only. DO NOT TIGHTEN FIRMLY.
- Page 15 10- Tightening definitively the bolts Climb up the mast (apply the necessary and precautionary measures for such operations) in order to thighten definitively the bolts of the tracks excepted from the loading track that will be used to load the cars.
