REMOVING / MOUNTING THE MAIN BRUSH (FIG.10)
The main brush can be removed from the left side of the sweeper in the following way:
- open the main brush inspection door using the knob.
- loosen the fi xing screws 1.
- slide the drive roller 3 and lever unit 2 off.
- slide the brush 4 off
- Insert the new main brush,centering the notches with the fi ns on the right side of the drive motor support.
(See mounting direction)
To mount the main brush, repeat points C-B-A in the opposite way., .
WARNING!
When the main brush is being positioned, it has to be done in the correct direction. (See Figure).
After fi tting the new brush, repeat the adjustment operations described, moving the stopper on the slotted ele-
ment in the opposite direction to that described for adjustment.
Return the mobile barrier on the refuse bin inlet to the initial position (fully raised).
Thesweeper is driven by a hydrostatic system, which includes a variable delivery pump driven by a main motor
and an hydraulic motor, which control the front wheel.

MAINTAINING AND ADJUSTING THE DRIVE SYSTEM

- The operating pressure of the drive system is from 40 to 80 bar. (Max. fi xed setting of circuit: 200 bar)
- Forward and reverse direction are selected by pressing on the different sides of drive pedal 2.
Proceed as follows to adjust the neutral position of the drive pedal: release lock nut 3, and turn nut 4 to adjust
the load on the spring one way or the other until the linkage remains centralised and the motor sweeper has no
tendency to move in either direction, close the lock nut.
