To replace the battery: (see Attachement A4)
1. Position the battery at the beginning of the rails.
2. Push the battery using pressure until it locks into its position.
7. Storage
All parts of the CleanAIR® system must be stored in spaces, where temperature is –10 °C to +55 °C and
relative air humidity (Rh) is within 20 % and 95 %. Storage time in an intact packaging max. 2 years. When
stored unused, the batteries discharge.

9. Warranty
1. Warranty for manufacturing defects is granted for 12 months since the date of purchase by the client.
2. Batteries have a warranty of 6 months since the date of purchase.
3. The claim has to be filed at the seller party. Upon filing a claim a sales receipt must be presented
(invoice or delivery note).
4. The warranty can only be recognized, if there was no intervention into the unit or the charger.
5. The warranty does especially not cover defects caused by too late replacement of a filter or by usage
of a filter damaged during cleaning or blow through.
The CleanAIR® D-Bug PAPR system is approved in compliance with requirements stated in the European
standard nr. EN 12942, class TM3. All parts of the system in use must be approved by the manufacturer
and used according to the instructions given in this manual. If used contrary to these instructions, the
respirator may endanger health or life of its wearer.
