Dogging (Motorised)
Exit is always free mecanic
Dogging Feature
Enables access control through motorization of the exit bar, retracting the latch bolt for free access. You have two options available within the dogging function
latching on/off (holdback timed) and momentary (holdback delayed).
Momentary (holdback delayed)
Retracts exit bar and latch bolt to enable free access for a number of seconds (2 -20 sec adjustable) then resets the exit bar and latch bolt to the normal position. If
bar was blocked before being dogged, bar is returned to the blocked state. Activation can be as simple as a momentary key switch through to a access control
system or a card reader.
Latching (holdback timed)
Allows the exit bar and latch bolt to be retracted for extended periods of time. Activation can be achieved by an external electronic time clock or via key switch or
access control panel.
