Reminders show on the controller display. To see all of the reminders, push menu then select
DIAGNOSTICS>TU5x00 sc>REMINDER.

DRYER RANGE The desiccant cartridge
capacity is low.
PERFORM CAL A calibration is due.
PERFORM VER A verification is due.
WIPER REPLACE A wiper replacement is due
in the automatic cleaning
module.
10.2 Warnings
Warnings show on the controller display. To see all of the active warnings, push menu then select
DIAGNOSTICS>TU5x00 sc>WARNING LIST.
Warning
CLEANING The automatic cleaning module
MODULE does not operate correctly.
DESICCANT OLD The desiccant cartridge is more
than 2 years old.
DRYER The desiccant cartridge life is
EXHAUS'D zero.
HIGH FLOW The flow rate is higher than the
limit (more than 1250 mL/min).
HUM PCB SC There is humidity on the interior
electronics of the instrument.
LASER-TEMP The laser temperature is higher
HIGH than the limit.
LASER-TEMP The laser temperature sensor
SENS has a malfunction.

Solution
Replace the desiccant cartridge. Refer to the
documentation supplied with the desiccant
cartridge.
Do a calibration. Refer to
on page 21.
Do a verification. Refer to
on page 21.
Replace the wiper in the automatic cleaning
module. Refer to the documentation supplied
with the automatic cleaning module to replace
the wiper.
Solution
Make sure that the wiper head is installed
correctly and the wiper arm can move up
and down.
Replace the desiccant cartridge. Refer to the
documentation supplied with the desiccant
cartridge.
Replace the desiccant cartridge. Refer to the

Adjust the flow regulator as necessary. Make
sure that the flow regulator does not have a
malfunction.
