1.5 Inserting the eyepieces with Newtonian telescopes

1. The focuser is the direct connection to your eye. You can use different eyepieces with it.
2. Remove the focuser's black dust cap.
3. Loosen the focuser's knurled screws slightly
4. Insert the chrome-coloured barrel of the eyepiece into the opening of the focuser. Immediately gently
re-tighten the knurled screws to hold the eyepiece securely in place.

1. The focuser is the direct connection to your eye. You can use different eyepieces with it.
2. Remove the focuser's black dust cap.
3. Loosen the focuser's knurled screws slightly
4. Insert the barrel of the star diagonal into the opening of the focuser. Immediately gently re-tighten the
knurled screws to hold the star diagonal securely in place.
