VOICE MAIL / PHONE MAIL INDICA-
TION:
In case your provider supports VM facili-
ties and you receive a mail, than the dis-
play will indicate this. After you have lis-
tened to the mail, the provider will take
care that this indication goes off.
The TX-160 has a memory capacity of
20 telephone numbers, each with a
maximum of 16 digits (including pause).
10 memories are direct accessible and
the other 10 memories are accessible
after pressing key 11-20.
PROGRAMMING:
1. leave the handset on the cradle
2. press
, the display shows "ENTER
NUMBER"
3. key in the telephone number
4. press the required memory-button to
store the number under M-1 to M-10
or press button 11-20 to store the
number under one of the memory
locations M11-M20
If you have questions concerning the
Voice Mail feature, please contact your
telephone company.
MEMORY
DIALING:
1. lift the handset or switch to hands-
free and wait for the dial tone
2. press one of the buttons M1-M10 or
press button 11-20 and one of the
memory buttons to select the
required memory
3. the selected number will be dialed
automatically
REMARKS:
* When dialing through a PABX, it is
recommendable to insert a pause
after the prefix-number.
* It is possible to store a new number
over an old number. This old number
will automatically be deleted.
