Symptoms
There is a beep when
programming...
There are two beeps after
the normal ring tone...
When pressing the doorbell
pushbutton the red light
flashes only briefly or not
at all...
The »signolux« receiver
does not work...
There is no ring tone...
The flash light does not
work...

Cause
The transmitter you are
trying to programme
is already known by
»signolux«.
This indicates a low battery
charge of the doorbell
pushbutton.
During normal operation
the red light flashes for
about 1 second. If the
battery charge is low the
duration is shorter.
Ensure that the batteries
have been inserted
correctly.
Check if batteries type
LR14 'C' have been
inserted.
It could be that the doorbell
pushbutton has not yet
been programmed in the
»signolux« receiver.
It could be that the
»signolux« receiver is out
of reach of the doorbell
pushbutton.

Solutions
See step 11. First the trans-
mitter has to be deleted from
the memory, before it can be
assigned to a new symbol.
Insert a new battery type
CR 2032.
Insert a new battery type

Ensure correct polarity of the
batteries!
Use only alkaline batteries.
Programme it.
Try using the bell at different
location.
Check the position of
the switch (fig. 6) at the
»signolux« receiver.
Ensure that the volume is set
to the lowest setting.
Check the position of
the switch (fig. 4) at the
»signolux« receiver.
