c) Playback/Pause

Press the PLAY/PAUSE button
•
The time on the display runs. The point at which playback is started is automatically saved as a CUE mark.
You can stop playback in two ways:
•
Press the button PLAY/PAUSE
•
During playback, press the button CUE (10). The device returns to the CUE point and goes into pause mode.
d) Track selection
You can select the tracks on the CD via the track jump buttons (6, 16 and 17) or the keypad (2).
•
Press the button track jump forwards
•
Press the button track jump backwards |
•
Press the button +10 (17) to jump 10 tracks ahead.
•
Press the corresponding button on the keypad (2) to select a track directly.
The selected track is called up in the mode that the CD player was in before this button was operated.
The device sets the CUE spot at the start of a track automatically after each track selection.
e) SEARCH Run
This type of search run is ideal for the quick pin-pointing of a particular section in a track.
•
Press the button SEARCH (19) to switch the JOG/SHUTTLE wheel (21) into SEARCH mode.
•
Turn the JOG/SHUTTLE wheel (21) counter-clockwise to search backwards or clockwise to search forwards.
If the JOG/SHUTTLE wheel (21) is not pressed for some seconds, the device automatically returns to
normal mode (changing the playback speed by turning the JOG/SHUTTLE wheel (21)).
