k) Stopping the drive
To stop the drive, proceed as follows:
• Let the vehicle roll to a halt.
• Once the vehicle is stationary, pick the car body up and put the on/off switch on the vehicle in the "OFF" position.
Make sure not to touch the wheels or the drive, and do not move, in any case, the lever for the drive
function on the remote control!
• Disconnect the drive battery from the cruise control. Unscrew the plug-in connection completely.
• Now you may turn off the transmitter (put the on/off switch to "O").
Attention!
The motor, drive control and accumulator pack become very hot during operation! Do not touch these
parts immediately after operation. Danger of burns!
Stop driving straight away when you notice unusual responses of the vehicle to the control commands
on the transmitter or when the vehicle no longer responds.
This behaviour could be caused by a weak vehicle battery, weak batteries/rechargeable batteries in the
remote control or by too high a distance between vehicle and remote control.
A transmitter antenna that was not pulled out all the way, disturbances on the radio channel used (e.g.
other models, radio transmissions through other devices) or adverse transmission/reception conditions
could also be a cause for unusual responses of the vehicle.
