Do not drive in the case of thunderstorm, under high-voltage power lines or in the proximity of
radio masts.
Do not take any risks when operating the product. Your own security and that of your environment
is solely down to you being responsible when dealing with the model.
• Always leave the remote control (transmitter) turned on, as long as the model is in operation. To
stop the vehicle, always turn the vehicle off first and then separated the rechargeable battery pack
from the cruise control/receiver, only after that can the remote control be turned off.
• Before operating the model, check whether the stationary model reacts as expected to the remote
control commands.
• In the case of weak batteries (or rechargeable batterires) in the remote control, the range decreases.
When the drive battery is getting weak, the vehicle will get slower or will no longer respond cor-
rectly to the remote control.
If this is the case, stop drive operation instantly. Exchange the batteries or rechargeable batteries
with new ones.
• The motor and drive as well as cruise control and rechargeable battery pack of the vehicle get hot
during operation. This is why you should have a break of 5-10 minutes between each change of
rechargeable battery or charging process.
Do not touch the motor or the cruise control until they have cooled down. Risk of burns!
c) Plug-in Charger
• The structure of the plug-in charger complies with safety class II. It may only be connected to a
proper power socket (230V/50Hz) of the public power supply system.
• The plug-in charger is only suitable for recharging the 7.2V rechargeable battery pack, included in
delivery.
• The plug-in charger must only be used in dry interiors, it must not get damp or wet. Never touch the
plug-in charger when your hands are wet or damp.
When the product is brought from a cold into a warm room (eg during transport) condensation may
form. Leave the product switched off and wait until it has reached room temperature, before using
it. This can sometimes take several hours.
There is the risk of a life-threatening electric shock!
• Never pull the plug-in charger by the cable from the socket, always pull it out of the socket by
holding the plug itself.
• Do not bend the cable and do not place objects on it.
• If you notice any damages, do not use the plug-in charger anymore. Bring it to a specialized work-
shop or dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way
