5.2.2 TEMPERATURE SELECTOR KNOB

Temperature selector knob (fig. 16) allows for setting and automatically maintaining the oven inside
temperature on the set level.

On the knob there are the following settings - 50, 100, 150, 200 and 250, which correspond to the
selected temperatures in [

When selecting the temperature – turn the knob in the clockwise direction, unit the desired temperature
is set. To switch the control off – turn it in the opposite direction.

5.2.3 TIMER

Setting alarm sound:
−
Rotate the timer knob in the clockwise direction to the maximum, and then set the time required e.g.
50 minutes.

5.2.4 INTERIOR OVEN LIGHT

Models CFF-4VC are equipped with oven lamp. The lamp allows for watching dishes while cooking, the
lamp is lit when the oven is on.

5.3 TURNING THE OVEN ON AND OFF

Turning the oven on
1. set the cooking method with the function selector knob,
2. set the required temperature with the temperature selector knob,
3. you can set the cooking time with the timer knob.
Turning the oven off
Set the function and temperature selector knobs to zero position.

5.3.1 WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THE OVEN IS SET ON

On selecting an oven function:
−
cooker operation indicator light will come on,
−
oven lamp will turn on,
−
the roasting-spit will start (if such function was chosen),
On selecting a temperature:
−
the heaters will turn on (appropriate to the function chosen),
−
temperature selector control light will come on.
If the recipe specifies to put the dish into a preheated oven it should be done once the red control lamp
goes off for the first time

The timer is designed for controlling the time of oven operation. The setting
range of the timer is from 0 – 120minutes. When the set time has elapsed, the
timer turns on a sound alarm, and automatically turns the oven off.
If timer knob is in its position „0" the oven cannot be turned on.
If you do not intend to use the timer, turn the timer knob to the position
- manual mode.
