5.1 OVEN STRUCTURE AND ACCESSORIES

Installed in the upper part of every oven there are upper heater 1, grill heater 2, and beneath the floor
there is, invisible, lower heater 3 (fig. 14). Grill drive connection 4 is located on the rear wall.
•
In case of ladder guides 7, the grill or trays should be placed between two bars which will secure their
stable position and will prevent the input from falling out while inserting and taking it out.
5.2 OPERATING THE OVEN
To operate the oven you use:
− function selector knob,
− temperature selector knob,
− timer knob.
5.2.1 FUNCTION SELECTOR KNOB OF THE OVEN
The knob (fig. 15) can be turned in both directions from 0 – 360
graphic symbols on the knob.
It has the following settings:

lower heater
−
lower and upper heater
−
upper heater
−
0
oven turned off
