Periodic inspection

Periodic inspection of the non-rigid body support unit should
be undertaken at the time intervals stated by the manufacturer,
but at least every 6 months. More frequent inspections may be
required where a non-rigid body support unit is used or cleaned
more frequently than normal
Never use a faulty or damaged sling as it can
break and cause personal injury. Destroy and
discard damaged and old slings
Make sure not to damage or remove labels
when cleaning.

size depends on the user's weight, function and body shape.
Measure the waist size and back height of the user in sitting posi-
tion. Try the sling with most the correct measurements to make
sure it fits.
