All settings of the amplifiers can be saved as configurations . A maxi-
mum of 30 configurations can be saved in the amplifier and called up .
When the amplifier is switched on, the configuration saved before the
amplifier was switched off or the configuration most recently called
up will be loaded automatically . Unsaved changes will be lost when
the amplifier is switched off!
Using the PC software, it is also possible to save the configura-
tions to a computer or to copy them from other amplifiers (
ter 7 .3 .4) .

6.2.1 Signal path

Figure 4 on page 2 shows a block diagram of the path a signal takes
through the amplifier . Starting at the inputs, the signals, after analog /
digital conversion, pass the following:
➾ Definition of the input signal for CH B depending on the operating
mode
➾ High-pass filter and low-pass filter (HPF+LPF)
➾ 9-band sound adjustment (PEQ)
➾ Signal delay (DELAY)
➾ Gain adjustment (GAIN) with muting (MUTE)
➾ Phase reversal option (PHASE INVERT)
➾ Dynamic range compressor (COMPRESSOR)
➾ Level limiter (LIMITER) .
The signal will then be reconverted to an analog signal und will finally
reach the power amplifiers with the speaker connections .

6.2.2 Operating modes

The following three operating modes are available for the amplifier:
Stereo
2-channel mode with independent settings for both
channels
Parallel
Both channels receive the signal from input CH A IN and
have identical settings; the settings are made via channel A

with respect to channel A in order to obtain more power
at the output BRIDGE (11) .
