OPERATION
PREPARING THE UNIT
Unpacking and completing the assembly should
be done on a flat and stable surface, with enough
space for moving the machine and its packaging,
always making use of suitable equipment. The as-
sembly should be carried out by trained personnel
at your nearest dealer shop, where necessary.
Tilling depth adjustment guide
Pull out the safety (Fig. 2.1) and pin (Fig. 2.2) from
the connecting bar (Fig. 2.3). Place the tilling
depth adjusting guide (Fig. 2.4) in the connect-
ing bar and assemble together with the pin and

Tilling tool
The tilling tines assembly (Fig. 1.6) consists of
three sets of four blades (total twelve blades)
and a side disc for each side. Each side tine will be
usually pre-assembled at the factory and ready
to fit the machine. In case assemble of the tines
is required, we suggest that it is performed only
by trained personnel at your closest dealer shop.
To assemble the right side tine (Fig. 3) on the til-
ler, carefully lean the machine to the left, place
the tine on the shaft of the output axle and lock
it in position with the provided pin and safety. To
assemble the left side tine on the tiller, carefully
lean the machine to the right, place the tine on
the shaft of the output axle and lock it in position
with the provided pin and safety.
Mud fenders
Make sure that the tilling equipment protection
mud fenders (Fig. 1.8) are safely assembled in po-
sition. If the fenders are not pre-assembled by the
manufacturer use the provided nuts, bolts and
adapter to assemble the left and right fenders.
Operation handle
Assemble the connection tube (Fig. 4.1) in posi-
tion on the gearbox (Fig. 4.2) with the four pro-
vided bolts. Assemble the handle (Fig. 5.1) on the
connection tube (Fig. 5.2) and tighten the handle
height adjustment lever (Fig. 5.3) to lock the han-
dle in position.
Operation handle height adjustment
You can adjust the height of the operation handle
by loosening the handle height adjustment lever
(Fig. 1.12), setting the angle of the operation han-
dle as desired (waist height is recommended) and
tightening the lever again in position.
Gear shift lever
Remove the belt drive cover (Fig. 1.4) and then
carefully remove the belt and passive (rear) pul-
ley. Assemble the gear shift lever (Fig. 6.1) with
the provided pins. Assemble the rear pulley and
belt in position. Reposition the belt drive cover
and lock in position.
Clutch and throttle cables
The installation of any clutch or throttle related
cables, not already pre-assembled by the man-
ufacturer, should be performed only by trained
personnel at your nearest dealer shop.
FUELING AND LUBRICATION
WARNING:
The machine is delivered without oil and fuel.
This product is equipped with a 4-stroke engine
meaning gasoline should be used in fuel tank (Fig.
1.3) and the engine should be filled with oil. More-
over, the tiller is equipped with a gearbox, which
should also be lubricated by oil.
NOTE:
Use a funnel in order to avoid spilling fuel or oil.
