COOKING GUIDE
The following chart is meant to be used as a guideline only. Cooking time will
depend on the thickness of the food. To be sure your food is cooked, USDA
recommends using a meat thermometer to test for doneness. Insert the meat
thermometer into the thickest part of the meat until the temperature stabilizes.

CARE AND CLEANING
Caution: To avoid accidental burns, allow your grill to cool completely before cleaning.
This product contains no user serviceable parts. Refer service to qualified service
personnel.
1. Empty the drip tray and clean with warm, soapy water or wash in upper rack of
dishwasher. Wipe dry.

Wipe outside of unit with a warm, wet sponge. Dry with soft, dry cloth.
3.
DO NOT use steel wool, scouring pads or abrasive cleaners on any part of the
grill.
4.
DO NOT immerse in water or any other liquid.
5.
Make sure to hold the lid open by hand while cleaning to prevent accidental
closing and injury.
6.
Any servicing requiring disassembly other than the above cleaning must be
performed by a qualified service personnel.
