Mounting the electronics module
Note
Handle the components with care. Pay particular attention to the following:
S The metal interlinking block must be clean and free of foreign matter, espe-
cially around the area of the contact rails.
S The specified torques must be observed.
S Threaded fittings must be free of distortion and mechanical tension.
S Check the seals for damage.
S Connecting surfaces must be clean (to ensure the sealing effect and to avoid
contact errors).
1. Switch off the operating and load voltage supplies.
2. Align the electronics module 2 correctly and press it carefully into the inter-
linking block 5.
3. Check the seal and sealing surfaces, then align and fit the connection block 1.
4. Screws 9 must be placed so that the available threads can be used. Tighten
the screws by hand in diagonally opposite sequence. Tightening torque
0.9 ... 1.1 Nm.
Installation
Note
When connecting consumers to channel 1 (CH1) and 2 (CH2), please observe
the instructions in the description P.BE.CPX-FVDA-P.
Note
Cross-circuit monitoring supervises only the device's own circuits. Cross circuits
to external circuits must be prevented, e.g. by appropriate installation meas-
ures on the user side.
