LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY
• Firebox
• Lid assembly
• Stainless steel burner tubes
• Stainless steel cooking grates
• Warming rack
The firebox, lid assembly, stainless steel, burner
tubes, stainless steel cooking grates, & warming rack
is warrantied to be free from defects in material and
workmanship for a period of (5) five years including
no rust through and/or burn through. This warranty
excludes surface corrosion, scratches, fading, and
discoloration which may occur during regular use.
LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS
• Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and may not be transferred.
• Warranty will not apply and Signateur is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse,
abuse, alteration or modification, accidents, flare-up fires, improper installation or
installation not in accordance with the instructions contained in this manual.
• This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts with the owner paying all
other costs including labor.

For parts and service, please provide the following information:
• Name
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Pictures of the overall product
• Pictures of the part or issue
• Date of purchase and/or picture of receipt
Our support staff will review the issue and respond within 24 hours. If the part and/or product
is defective, we will replace the defective part and/or product at no cost to you during the
warranty period. Please do not ship your product back to the store or to us. In the event, it
becomes necessary for your product to be returned, we will notify you how to proceed.

• Etc.
All remaining grill components including but not
limited to the flame tamer, drawer slides, temperature
gauge, gas valve, cover, ignitor, drip tray, etc. listed
above are warrantied to be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of (2) two year
from the original date of purchase. This warranty
excludes surface corrosion, scratches, fading, and
discoloration which may occur during regular use.
